To ensure a quality experience for all attendees, here’s what you’ll need to include in your application:

• Game Development Stage: Share the current stage of development.
• Previous Exhibits: Let us know if you’ve exhibited your game at other events.
• Demo Submission: Provide a 2-3 minute demo video (either a hosted link or downloadable file) to give us a preview of your game.
• Additional Media: Feel free to submit any other media content or details that showcase your game.

• Multiple Entries: Multiple games can be submitted, but each game requires a unique application.
• Selection Process: Only games selected by Anime Central will be permitted to exhibit at the event.
• Free Play: All games in the showcase must be set to free play for attendees.
• 24/7 Gaming Hall Access: Video games will be hosted in our 24/7 Gaming Hall, while tabletop games will be showcased in the Hyatt. Developers are expected to manage their setup within these schedules.
• Attendance Requirement: A developer from your team must be present during the event.
• Equipment Responsibility: Bring all equipment necessary to run your game, and be prepared to manage its safety and security throughout the event.
