Anime Central invites video game and tabletop game developers to join our Indie Gaming Showcase, where you can connect with an enthusiastic community of fans and showcase your unique creations! Whether your game is in early development or near launch, this is a prime opportunity to gather feedback, build a fan base, and engage with other passionate creators in an immersive and dynamic environment.
Requirements for Indie Game Submissions
To ensure a quality experience for all attendees, here’s what you’ll need to include in your application:
- Game Development Stage: Share the current stage of development.
- Previous Exhibits: Let us know if you’ve exhibited your game at other events.
- Demo Submission: Provide a 2-3 minute demo video (either a hosted link or downloadable file) to give us a preview of your game.
- Additional Media: Feel free to submit any other media content or details that showcase your game.
Important Details for Indie Game Exhibitors
- Multiple Entries: Multiple games can be submitted, but each game requires a unique application.
- Selection Process: Only games selected by Anime Central will be permitted to exhibit at the event.
- Free Play: All games in the showcase must be set to free play for attendees.
- 24/7 Gaming Hall Access: Video games will be hosted in our 24/7 Gaming Hall, while tabletop games will be showcased in the Hyatt. Developers are expected to manage their setup within these schedules.
- Attendance Requirement: A developer from your team must be present during the event.
- Equipment Responsibility: Bring all equipment necessary to run your game, and be prepared to manage its safety and security throughout the event.
