Convention Accessibility Services
Anime Central seeks to provide a quality experience for everyone. Whatever your limits, we will do all we can to help keep it from being an issue. If you do find someplace in the convention that you’re having difficulty with, let us know and we’ll do our best to fix it right away.
Come by either location if you
- Cannot stay in a line for extended periods.
- Need a sign language interpreter.
- Need assistance in getting to a certain area of the convention.
- Need priority seating due to disability.
- Need to nurse a child.
- Have any other special needs not mentioned here.
- Have a service animal and wish to notify us of their presence.

Event Accessibility Services Locations
For any of our attendees with accessibility issues come to any of our Event Accessibility Services Desks for assistance. In the Hyatt we are located in the Grand Boardroom, next to Customer Service, by Main Programming. Over in the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center we can be found next to Registration.
Trained service animals and guide dogs are allowed on our show floor. All service animals must remain on their leash or in a harness at all times.
Another way Event Accessibility Services is here to help our attendees, staff and guests is by having two Quiet Areas that are available upon request if needed. One is our office in the Grand Boardroom in the Hyatt. Our other Quiet Area is by our booth in the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center inside Registration.
