Our policies are based on current CDC Guidelines and align with the requirements of the Donald E. Stephens Conventions Center and state and local health authorities regarding large indoor events. Currently, verification of vaccination or proof of negative test are not required for admission to the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center or Anime Central. We will continue to monitor the requirements and guidance from state and local health departments.
Health and Safety Acknowledgement
Be advised that a risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any event or public space, including Anime Central. If you choose to attend Anime Central, you acknowledge this inherent risk on behalf of yourself and/or any Minor for which you serve as Guardian, and, as a condition of entering Anime Central.
Additionally, each attendee must acknowledge and attest to the following before entering Anime Central:
- That you are not experiencing any of the following symptoms as identified by the CDC:
- Fever or chills
- Cough
- Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- Fatigue
- Muscle or body aches
- Headache
- New loss of taste or smell
- Sore throat
- Congestion or runny nose
- Nausea or vomiting
- Diarrhea
- If you have been in contact with someone who is suspected or confirmed to have COVID-19 symptoms without completing a quarantine as recommended by the CDC.
Do not enter Anime Central or any of the event’s venues if you cannot confirm all of the above criteria. If at any point during your time at the event you do not meet all of the above criteria, you will be asked to leave the venue at the sole discretion of Anime Central management.
Face Coverings are Recommended for Anime Central
At this time, we recommend that you wear a face mask at Anime Central; however, it is not required. We strongly recommend wearing masks in all lobbies, hallways, public spaces, and restrooms.
Some Guests May Require Attendees to Wear a Face Mask
Although face masks are only recommended for Anime Central, specific guests may request that everyone that attends their panels and autograph signings wear a mask. If attending guest panels or autograph signings are part of your convention plans, we recommend you bring a mask with you. Otherwise you will not be allowed entry into these areas at the request of the guest.

Can I get a refund or roll my membership over to next year if I cannot attend due to illness or COVID-19?
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer refunds or roll over your membership for another year.
