About Hiromi Hirata
Hiromi Hirata is a Japanese voice actress and singer originally from the Hiroshima Prefecture. She is a veteran in the industry, with over 25 years of experience.
She is most well known as Makoto Kikuchi in the long running game and anime series THE IDOLM@STER since 2005. As part of her work in the series, she has recorded on over 250 CD albums, singles, radio recordings, Drama CDs, and more. She has also reprised her role as Makoto in the Fall 2023 anime, THE iDOLM@STER Million Live!
In addition to voice acting, she has performed on stage at live concerts for the franchise for 18 years, including most recently performing at Tokyo Dome for “THE IDOLM@STER M@STERS OF IDOL WORLD!!!!! 2023”.
Some of her other roles include Maggie Mui from R.O.D. TV, Ruji Familon from Zoids Genesis, Miyabi from the Senran Kagura games and anime, Yubina from Boruto: Naruto Next Generations, as well as game roles including Kamui Tokinomiya from the Arcana Heart series, Mao from the Disgaea series, Isla from Tales of Xillia, and others.
Her hobbies include making curry, and swimming.
