Thunderbolt Fantasy The Final Chapter’s will have it’s US Convention Premiere at Anime Central

Jen-Jia Huang is the 5th generation of the renowned puppetry Huang family in Taiwan, and the current Chief Brand Officer of PILI International Multimedia Inc, the largest Taiwanese puppet media production company. As part of the famous puppetry family in Taiwan, she focused on brand strategy and international promotion as the Marketing Director of PILI, in order to promote the cultural hand puppetry in Taiwan to the next generation as an international entertainment brand. Her innovation pushed PILI to step on the international stage with the debut of the Thunderbolt Fantasy series. This time she is returning to ACen with the movie premiere of Thunderbolt Fantasy The Final Chapter.

Yu-Che Hsieh is a senior Pili puppeteer with 27 years of performance experience. His passion for the puppetry art originated in childhood when he grew up watching Pili shows. In high school, he joined the puppetry club and studied everything he could about stage performance, sculpturing, and facial & bodily expressions of puppetry art. Master Hsieh finally realized his dream and joined Pili right after the military service and turned his passion into a lifelong career.

Among the thousands of puppet characters master Hsieh has performed, he is most skilled for portraying psychotic characters with eerie gestures and expressions.

Osmond Pi Ting is the new generation of Pili puppeteers who specialized in cosplay puppeteering. Osmond may be young in experience compared to his masters and peers, but he is very skillful in prop crafting as a professional cosplayer. He studies extensively in martial arts, dance, percussion music and stage performance so he can use his cosplay passion to promote the art of Taiwanese puppetry.

“Throughout my career, I have also performed in many exhibitions. Puppetry has been my lifelong passion, and I have invested 28 years of my life immersed in the art. I hope to use my performance and passion to help more people understand and appreciate Taiwanese puppetry.”

Chiu Yun is a senior producer at Pili International specializing in business development and production management. She has extensive experience in IP development, project planning, investment evaluation, and film studio operation.

She helped Central Motion Picture Corporation to be the first production studio in Taiwan to receive a Netflix pre-production and post-production certification. She also established and managed Asia’s only Hollywood-certified wave pool at Central Taiwan Film and Television Base.
