    And another friendly reminder, today is the last day of the early pre-registration tier for $45. After today (1/15/2010), the badge prices will go up to $50.
  4. Roadshow Registration Updates

    Just wanted to post an update that the remaining forms are being entered. Some comic-con and a large chunk of youmacon forms have been entered, and we will be entering the last batch shortly. I'll post another update when all the forms have been entered.

    Groups do need to pay for everyone at once. Once a group has selected one of the payment options the group is closed and you should not be able to modify it. So as far as adding additional people to a group after the initial payment has been made, you shouldn't be able to.

    If you log back into the system, on the left menu click "Get Confirmation." After that look at the line that says registration status and if it says "paid - hold for mail" your badge will be mailed to you. If it doesn't send me a PM with your name, user name in the system (but not the password), badge name or badge number and I'll see what's going on for you.

    Badges will be mailed out closer to the convention. We plan on having the first wave of badges go out in February, and continue to send them out in waves till mid-April. We will make announcements on the forums when the waves begin to go out. I'm going to move this to the registration forum.
  11. There's no need to make a new account. Either PM me or email registration@ACen.org your name and your new address and I'll be able to change it in the system for you.
  12. Due to circumstances that are out of our control, the remaining roadshow forms that have not been entered into the registration system will not be entered till mid-December. We will have the remaining forms entered before we begin mailing badges, giving attendees who wanted to add the mailing fee the chance to. We do apologize for the delay.
  13. Group Registration Problems

    I can fix this for you. PM me your group name or group number and I'll add the mailing fee to the accounts. After they're added you'll just need to log back in and pay for the added cost.

    Everyone that is attending the convention needs to have an account in our system, there isn't a way for a person to register for a group of badges on one account. After everyone has their own account your mom can create a group and invite everyone into it. Then after everyone is in the group she can pay for everyone at once.     As far as registering through the registration system, during pre-registration you can pay by: check, money order and credit cards. For credit cards, we only accept Visa, MasterCard or Discover cards. We do not accept American Express or cash (especially coins) through the mail for pre-registration. Debit cards are also accepted, as long as they have the Visa or MasterCard logos on the card. These cards can be run as credit cards and that is how you should see them billed on your statement.

    We do have Reactor and Youmacon road show forms that still need to be entered. We will be entering these forms in the near future. Also, these forms will be entered before badge mailing begins in February. So there will be plenty of time for those who didn't pay the mailing fee and are waiting to pay for it on these and get them taken care before the April 1st mailing cut-off date.
