Paradise is doing a great job working with people for the masquerade. She had an answer for every question I had.
"Frank and explicit"-that is the right line to take when you wish to conceal your own mind and to confuse the minds of others.

By far the best person working there. Kept a calm but commanding presence. Didn't freak out at people. Was very easy to work with. This is the way to act in a stressful situation!

Back in 2008 I had a really bad experience with an IRT member that ruined ACen that year for me. Since then I have had neither negative or positive experience with IRT so that one time stuck with a bad image of IRT.

This year completely changed that! On Sunday right before me and my girlfriend were about to give a panel she got a random bloody nose and a really bad one! Thank you so so much to the 2 IRT members and all the EMT members that helped out. We are extremely grateful! Everybody was so nice and supportive. Again thank you so much! I am sorry I didn't catch your individual names to call you out on how awesome you were.

I am super pleased with IRT this year, not one complaint. The best part was not hearing the elevator screeching every five seconds.

Thank you IRT for monitoring the elevators this weekend <3 This attendee appreciated it :3

I wish I'd caught his name, but there was one IRT who was managing the exhibit hall line on Sunday - he was great. He was trying to get people to move the line so it wasn't as twisty/obstructive, and instead of being power-trippy about it he had a sense of humor, which made it a lot less frustrating than it could have been.

I heard stories of how bad IRT used to be but a lot of them seem like cool people. It just the bad ones who let power get to give ya the bad rep.

A million thank-yous to the IRT ops in the elevators! I never would have gotten anywhere if not for you guys. You made sure me, my broken leg, my handler, and my totally-not-designed-for-limited-mobility cosplay had enough room to maneuver into and out of the elevator itself as well as fending off all comers until we could actually get into the thing. And nicely, too! It was greatly appreciated and I would email you all homemade cookies if I could. :)

I only had positive experiences with IRT. They were all pretty cool and didn't seem at all stressed by the crowds at the areas I was in. The ones working the lines for the fashion shows and Yukino performances were great!

You know, I've been to quite a few of these cons over the years and this year stands out, for me, as one of the best years in dealing with IRT. Commendable job folks.

Just a general thank you to IRT, you guys were great this year! Especially those outside the exhibit hall/artist alley, elevators and Soapbubble; and I know you guys had a lot to deal with.

IRT was fantastic this year.

I tried to make mental note of callsigns/names of those I wanted to compliment here later, but there were so many I can't remember them all. :)

IRT was amazing this year; I had trouble finding some places and must have bothered half the staff, but they were all friendly and very helpful. Thank you!

I didn't have to deal with IRT much in the past, the one instance I did I got incorrect information.

But this year I had more experiences with IRT than the other times I attended ACen, and every time I asked them something they came through with the correct information and were extremely helpful and friendly. Major kudos to you guys for this year, hope 2014 is no different!

Thanks for handling the Elevators at the Hyatt. It came in handy when I had 2 bags to carry and a pizza box to hold on.

Trying to find my list I was scribbling during the weekend...I will have more names to add later. But this year every op I dealt with was great!

Thank you to Izy, who stopped by our office periodically to make sure we were doing great. We never needed his assistance but it was so nice to know he was keeping an eye out for us!
Thank you to Skittles, for doing an amazing job in the elevators. And for letting me know the information about our special needs passes was imparted to IRT, that made me very happy!
Thank you to Jonesy, who helped me get one of my special needs customers down with her luggage on Sunday.
Thank you to Norcross, for being awesome and for the talk on Sunday, much appreciated.
And thank you to Lavapants, for making my team smile when we saw you :)

More to come when my notes re-appear!

Norcross here. Team Lead of Hotel Days (Elevators)

So glad that everyone complimented our ops in and around the elevators. This year ran great even if
trying to cover everything had given me quite the headache.

Thanks to our MODs and Chant our Dispatch Lead.
Large thanks to Ghost our Leader.
My fellow team leads Hammer and Reaper.
And to all the help our OPS gave.

Silent Bob, Jonesy, Morpheous, Remkat, Seras, Bannana, Akuma, Bentou, Heidegirr, Skittles, Irish,
Rikku, Calamity, Kas Star, Lupus, Haggis, and Pippin.

Also a big thanks to the ops that were off shift and offered to help us on sunday. Artemis was one such.

Hopefully you all can join us again next year.
