Anime Central is pleased to present Atelier Pierrot Director Yuko Ashizawa and Designer Eichi!

Atelier Pierrot Brand Concept:
Atelier Pierrot’s brand concept is taken from the dresses of Baroque Period in the 17th Century. The clothing from this age period is mainly elegant and beautiful dresses. Atelier Pierrot is also inspired by the enchanting darkness of the Gothic dresses. Reflecting the Gothic theme, color tone is predominately black and darker color palette, but also with a hint of calm colors like white and wine. Atelier Pierrot express the world of light and darkness in their collection.

Yuko Ashizawa:
Joined the parent company of Atelier Pierrot, K Link Corporation in 2006. After experiencing 3 years as a Shop Staff at Atelier Pierrot Laforet Harajuku Store, she became the Manager of the Laforet branch. Around the same time she also became one of the Designer of Atelier Pierrot. In 2013, she was promoted to the Director position. Yuko currently manages the brand Atelier Pierrot.

Graduated Tokyo Designer University majoring in Fashion Design. Her career started during 2009, as independent consultant focused on fashion alteration. By late 2009, her focus encompassed specialty Japanese Wedding Ceremony clothing industry. By mid 2011, Eichi joined Atelier Pierrot as one on the rising stars of K Link Corporation, bringing fresh, new concepts to an all time classic.
