What better way to kick things off other than in Chicago at a great Anime Convention?!
I think Alice Nine would be a GREAT musical guest at Anime Centrals Sweet 16, they find new ways to make music, have awesome songs, great style, bring a fun and amazing presance to the stage, and love and interact with their fans! They've had so many successful singles, albums, and tours. In other words they're perfect....
