Yes. We still have a Drive In here in Valpo.

Not in November. They usually shut down by October. Heck Sept. 1 they dropped back to weekends only.

Part of feels like going because I miss those days. But then I remember its like 2 hours away and gas is still a monster. :/

Kind of amusing how the video games characters have more prominence than the actual main characters

I know which movie I'm buying on Blu-ray when it hits the shelves. That was fantastic. Definitely one of the best I've seen in a while - and Brave was pretty darn good, too.

Looking forward to seeing it today :) I have my Bowser shirt on for this. I think it will be really cool to see all the retro games from my childhood on the big screen. Stunned that Disney was able to get CAPCOM/NINTENDO/SEGA characters in the movie. Might be one of those movie I may have to see twice :) Also love the voice actors in this movie! Now I feel like getting those classic games on my emulator and reliving my childhood all over again.

So, are we to expect some Wreck it Ralph cosplay in the future, particularly the Sugar Rush gang? Quite a bit of colorful costumes and characters there.

And as the song, "When can I see you again?". I would definitely approve of a sequel. With gaming, the possibilities are quite endless.

And that end song, Sugar Rush. Had no idea it was a JPop group singing that.

Even with Bond, Ralph did well this past weekend. It'll pass $100mil in a couple days. Should continue on until Rise of the Guardians and I'm not sure how well that will do.

Saw it. Enjoyed it. It wasn't as funny or as had as many game jokes as I thought it would. And having console game characters in arcade setting is something that annoyed me. Still was a great story, totally didn't see the villian coming though.

On a side note however, Did anybody else have or notice the kind of underlying messege about not wanting to buck the system or being happy with whatever spot you have in life? Perhaps it was unintentionally though.

Saw it and loved every minute of it opening weekend. Of note the group for sugar rush is AK4B8, as for the message...It's more about finding happiness inside yourself, that you don't need to be some grand hero to be a hero, you can feel heroic and good about yoursel if you can realize that you're, as Zangif said it "Not bad Guy." I think that's an important message given that we see so many people trying to be something that they're not and that you need to feel good about just being you.

Zangief gave me all the feels. ALL OF THEM. To think I hated him in Street Fighter; I felt myself wanting to snuggle him.

I saw this with my cousin this past weekend and I loooved it. Definitely an add to my DVD collection and one of my favorite animated movies. Plus I realized that Sgt. Calhoun is the Disney version of Commander Shepard in Mass Effect, so all of her badassery was appreciated :clap:/>

Apparently director Rich Moore is already thinking of a sequel (and he REALLY wants to have Mario in it):

A ralph 2 would be easy to do because of so much material they could build on. Only issue is if the first move does enough business to warrant it (why hasn't it opened in more overseas locations?). Disney is notorious for putting up half-butt sequels, most of which are direct-to-release..which I could live without.

Actually the DTV sequels were during Eisner's tenure and since he's been gone for quite awhile, that side of the business has been forgotten with a vengeance. Plus Reilley basically says in the interview that execs are REALLY pushing a sequel for it
