I had a question about AA badges.
I know that I must still purchase a regular badge and NOT mail it to my house. Will there be a separate badge pick-up line for AA badges? And will we be able to pick them up on the Thursday before the con?
Second, I will be having a friend or two sitting at the table with me. They will be in charge of watching it during my absence. I know they do not have to pay the table fee, as I will be doing so, but do they need to get an AA badge as well? If so, they should also not mail the badge to the house and instead pick it up at the con, correct?

Yes, as far as I know, like last year there will be a separate pick-up line for AA badges. As far as I know, you will also be able to pick them up Thursday before the convention (as again, as has been the case at previous ACens).
As for the second part, yes, your tablemates need to get an AA badge as well, and yes, they will have to pick it up at the con. Don't worry, we have a process for this sort of thing. Again, as far as I know, all policies are subject to change (but you will be informed if they do) by Exhibit Space, etc., etc.
