Badge help... Mom accidentally purchased two tickets on same account AHHHHHHHHHHHHhhhhhh!

My mom accidentally bought two tickets on the same account, and your only suppose to buy one per account. Cause it has name on it and all.. She fails really bad with computers.. She thought she'd surprise me and buy them for my birthday... And I need to know if I can fix this or if Im going to have to buy a new ticket, we already put 150 towards tickets cause she bought one for brother on his own account. And I can't afford to buy another ticket if I can't fix it :/ And that 52 I won't be able to get funded back if I can't get my badge...
NEED HELP!?
