I understood that last year it was hard for some people to find where vendors and general areas were in the Exhibit Hall.
Well not this year!! :clap:
I am trying to take everyone's comments into consideration so that we can make this Exhibit Hall even better. :)

I am already working on getting a map compiled for our production team, so it can be available for you at the convention.
I am not only working on a Map but also a list of vendor designations that correspond to the Map.

For the maps make sure the labeling matches up!!! It sounds like something you wont forget to do, but just make sure! Last year on the maps in the programming guide they labeling was different on the maps then on everything else so it was hard for a lot of people to get to where they wanted to go.

Also color is a nice touch. :thumbup:

Currently: Webmistress and Registration System Admin - my answers on them are as STAFF - PM if you need help

Exhibit Hall and Registration are in Hall A of the convention center, opposed to Hall D (Registration) and Hall F (Exhibit Hall & Artist Alley) which we were in last year.

As Production DH (and currently laying out the Program book) I can assure you that there will be a convention map, Exhibit Hall map, and Artists Alley Map all conveniently located in the middle spread of the book and following 4 pages.

I hope this clears up any concerns.

Hi everyone! If you haven't checked out our website page, http://acen.org/exhibitor-list, for the map of the vendor hall, Please do. We also have a list of all the vendors that will be attending ACen!!! This list is by no means finalized since we still have a few left to announce.

So please keep a look out for any possible updates, and to obtain a map of the hall before Con!!!
