Dorah Fine will Appear at Anime Central 2023

Anime Central is happy to announce that Dorah Fine will appear at the 2023 convention. Dorah Fine is Los Angeles based voice actor and voice director. She also serves as the Director of Education at Adventures in Voice Acting, a voice acting school powered by Bang Zoom!

Her anime roles include: Senpai’s mother in Don’t Toy with me Miss Nagatoro; Boo, Misako, Cheimi’s mother,& Shinobu’s mother in Junji Ito Maniac: Tales of the Macabre; Tomoe in Lupin the 3rd Part 6; Weather Forecast’s mother in Jojos Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean; and Tammy (Nobi’s Mother) in Stand By Me Doraemon 2. You can hear Dorah’s voice in Pokemon Master Journeys as Helia; Yashahime as Ms. Kyubi; Beyblade Burst QuadDrive as Mone Surio; Odd Taxi as Odokawa’s landlord & Wadagaki’s mom; Ghost in the Shell SAC_2045 as Akina Murase; Demon Slayer as Tokito House Madame; I want to eat your pancreas as Sakura’s mother; Gundam Build Divers Re:Rise as Hulun; Beyblade Burst Turbo as Toko Aoi; and Magi: The Kingdom Of Magic as Aum Madaura.

Dorah’s video games roles include: Sendrax (World of Warcraft: Dragonflight) , Hitomi Sagan (AI: The Somnium Files & Nirvana Initiative), Bertha (Pokemon Masters EX), Margot (Black Desert Online: Eternal Winter); Bishop, Makoto Framper & Liliana’s Mother(Death End Re:quest 2), Mother & Squawkclaw (Torchlight 3); and Dryad & Simone (Trials of Mana)

As a Voice Director, she has worked on the English language versions of Don’t Toy with Me Miss Nagatoro: 2nd Attack, Lupin the 3rd: Part 6, Orient 2, Beyblade, and Grimgrimoire OnceMore.

Dorah holds her Bachelors in Theatre Arts from Rollins College, and was a devoted public school drama teacher. She is also a Whovian, Trekkie, and Disneyland Magic Key Holder. She adores Shakespeare, and her favorite book is Jane Eyre.
