Cosplay Photography Booth Registration is Open

As a photographer at a booth or just a roaming freelancer, you’ll have every opportunity to show off your skills. With your expert guidance and support, you’ll have everything you need to take your photography skills to the next level and capture breathtaking images that will wow the attendees.

Plus, as a photographer at Anime Central, you’ll have the opportunity to network with other photographers and industry professionals, and grow your skills and knowledge in the exciting world of anime and cosplay photography. But that’s not all! Our booth also offers the perfect opportunity to showcase your work and build your brand.

• One (1) Exhibition Badge for use by professional photographers selling or providing services for purchase by others during Anime Central is $85.
• Company Name listed as attending to help promote your services to attendees.
• If you’ve already purchased a full weekend membership and would like to convert your badge to a roaming photographer badge, fill out the photographer registration form and then email exhibitspace@acen.org to complete the conversion.

• A photography booth includes:
  • One (1) 10ft x 20ft location
  • Two (2) Unskirted 8ft x 2ft tables
  • Four (4) Side Chairs
  • One (1)  Outlet of 1-1,000 Watts
  • One (1) Complementary Membership Badge
  • Company Name listed as attending to help promote your services to attendees
• Pricing for a photography booth will change based on the number of services you offer to our attendees at the convention.  The more services you offer, the less you will pay for your booth.  The base cost of a photography booth before any service discounts is $1,895.
• Examples of services that will lead to a booth discount include: Pre-Booking, Logo Services, Online Preview Portfolio, Social Media Promoting, Green Screen, Custom Sessions, Lighting, Printing Services, Pose Recommendations, Minor Digital Edits, Major Digital Edits, Props.
