We are happy to announce that we mailed out all eligible membership badges on Friday, April 28! Attendee memberships that were fully paid by April 1, 2023, including the additional $5 mailing fee, were eligible for badge mailing. Keep an eye out on your mailboxes as your convention badge should be arriving soon.
When will my badge arrive and can you give me a tracking number?
Convention badges do not ship with tracking numbers and delivery times will vary depending on how far away from the convention you live.
Can I pay the mailing fee and get my badge mailed to me?
The mailing deadline was April 1st, 2023. All memberships purchased after this date will be available for pickup at the convention.
What if my badge does not come before the convention?
If you paid the mailing fee and your badge does not arrive before the convention, we will be able to get your badge for you at the convention. We will be able to help you at any of the service desk booths at convention registration, which will be located in Hall A of the convention center.
Why was my badge name changed?
We are a family friendly convention. If you submitted an inappropriate name to be displayed on your badge, we changed it. If you would like the badge name updated, you can stop by any of the service desk booths in convention registration.
