
Anime Central is happy to announce our DJ lineup for the Soap Bubble. The Soap Bubble will be held Friday, May 15, 2026. The Soap Bubble is the oldest, longest running, and most highly anticipated anime convention party in the US. With some of the best DJs from around the world coming to spin for all 3000+ fans that pack the Hyatt Regency O’Hare’s Grand Ballroom, it is not to be missed. This coming year will be no different! Expect great music, an awesome vibe, and a large crowd of the greatest fans dancing all night long and into the early morning hours. This is one party worth seeing in person and you truly haven’t experienced the entire convention until you’ve been to the best anime convention party in the country!

About DJ Khek

One of the ancients, Khek has been been a dj since the late 1900’s with nearly quarter century of playing anime cons. A battle DJ from Milwaukee with club residencies that range from Emo Pop Punk, Country, Southeast Asian to EDM. Also, his favorite request is, “Play something we can dance to.”
About DJ Jinrei

Named Andre “Jinrei” Smith, Originally born in Bristol (England), now currently resides in Las Vegas (Nevada) has been DJ’ing since 2006. Jinrei to this day continues to DJ on the road and or host after-parties.
Jinrei’s style is very House based from his original produced music/remixes to popular Top 40s he likes to mix in his sets live. Ultimately, he likes to play actual “dance music” for various types of crowds whether it be a drinking social crowd to even if it’s a hard hitting rager. The Quality is always there for the right vibe and or event theme.
Presently, Jinrei is more these days booked as a featured guest DJs at official convention after parties as well as still holding several annual residencies in 4 states.

Hailing from the frozen northland of Minneapolis, MN, Liquid86 (Jason) has been throwing down on the decks for 20 years now, jumping on his first set of turntables in 2000. After attending his first Anime Convention in 2007, he set his sights on a new rave scene fueled by otaku and geeks all everywhere. Now, over a decade later, he has performed at countless events in every corner the country. A master of Big Room, Electro House, and Techno mixed up with classic club bangers from the past 30 years, Liquid86 is sure to get your hands in the air and make you sweat.

This Cosplayer and Video Mechanic is once again bringing his visual arsenal to the rave. Expect a trip through video synthesizers and circuit-bent game consoles as Daguru paints on a warping canvas to complement our fantastic lineup of DJs this weekend.

About DJ Kagamine

Deep rooted in the sounds of Chicago, DJ Kagamine is a full range Anime and EDM DJ and lifelong music enthusiast with roots in Metal, Hip Hop and Chicago house music.
Starting his career in 2013 spinning for local anime conventions and bars, Kagamine showcases his enthusiasm and great admiration for his roots every time he steps onto the stage to perform. He’s played for crowds at conventions like Anime Expo, Anime Milwaukee and Anime Central and has shared the stage with talent including Romen Jewels, Tripgaia, TeddyLoid and Heavygrinder. He brings with him a high energy performance that can appeal to any crowd.

About GreenFlöw

GreenFlöw hasn’t been everywhere – yet – but he’s working on it. Since launching his music career in 2016, he’s grown from a small convention DJ in the Midwest USA to an international performer, with stages spanning South Korea, Mexico, and beyond. His love of language shines through every set as he weaves together sounds from across the globe, blending styles in ways only possible in today’s era of shared music.
Recently, he’s stepped fully into production, releasing several tracks including his latest single “In The Know.” Drawing inspiration from global culture and nerd culture alike, he continues to create new sounds built to pull you onto the dance floor.
When back in the US, GreenFlöw calls Milwaukee, WI home. There, he performs with local collective Non-Pop!, organizes rave events at conventions, and eats more cheese than one person probably should without a doctor’s note. Wherever you find him, one thing is certain: he’ll be working to get you moving. Because music is its own language and with GreenFlöw, there are no borders.
