So....Chamgirl89 and I are planning our 1st gathering!! woot! anyway.....We have a date, A start time (but no end time as of right now) We have a location in mind. we just need to know how many people we are expecting.

We don't have all the details ironed out yet and things are not set completly in stone. but we plan to maybe do a photoshoot, hang out, Meet new people and just enjoy each others company. Cosplay is optional, but it is recommended if we are doing a photoshoot. both Locations have restrooms so if u wanna change into or get out of ur cosplay u can do that.\

Place: Flatiron Park, Lake Geneva WI

Since we are going to a park that is fairly empty, if you want to bring chairs, coolers (NO ALCOHOL), food, games, or whatever you would bring to a picnic/BBQ you can bring....but i must put an emphasis on the fact the NO ALCOHOL is going to be allowed.

Date we are thinking of is July 15th (wednesday) and start time is around noon-12:30 ish

Might I suggest a weekend day? Much better for us 7-4 business hour folks XD. If not, after 4 I can attend. i live right on the border of Wisconsin XD
