Yes, I haven't forgotten! Now that I'm past Christmas and Inventory it's time to start digging through the craft supplies That's my plan for next weekend is dig up the stuff I need for that, and the patterns I bought for my costume.

I was indeed at Anime STL. And yes, I was cosplaying, and I'm quite positive you saw me there. I was the only Kirara. lol

I'll be there this year as well, though I'm hoping to have my new cosplay ready by then. I'm gonna be Gir. If I can't get Gir finished by ASTL, then I'll be Kirara again.

If you want to draw one for me, that'd be great. I'll use the artwork somewhere if I don't use it on my badge (perhaps the webbie )

I've been turning the ideas over in the back of my mind Even when I'm not actually working on a craft I frequently have my subconscious planning things out. Plus at Wizard World I got a Gir sketch and I saw some stuff at Hot Topic that gave me a better idea of how it should look. So the plan is on Saturday to go digging through the million boxes of craft supplies to find the felt (and my kimono pattern so I can start on my Rukia costume), and hopefully next week I can start sewing. I'm excited, I can't wait to see how your costume turns out!!


Amunet, I'm gonna see if I can get my friend to help me with some glomping videos next week, and I've got my laptop semi-behaving, now to tweak Gutsy Gibbon and download some more media programs. Nice thing about Linux -- all the software is FREEEEEEEEEEEEE so I can just pick from the massive list and say "Computer, install this!" and it does So soon as I find my SD thumb drive (it grew legs I swear!) and get some videos I can start playing with getting stuff glammed up in the laptop.

Doing both part time work, part time school, full time parent is a lot harder then i would have thought @.@ I started last week and have not had a day off since ; ;
Closing for Qudoba is also a lot more tiring then i had orginal thought also. Not really hard until i get some jackass that wants to be picky as hell about the cleaning.

*cough* so uhm, I'm doing an intern video thingie which is due by the 14th, my BF is coming to visit me on the 13th-18th .... and well ... my homework has settled down. But I'm going to be busy for a bit and I won't be working on any GT stuff. In march I should have badges made. Due to us having a panel this year, once I find out room/time ... I'll be able to establish badge pickups and meeting times.

I think everybody is busy working on cosplays. I know I am. Well, that & fighting on Ebay. I'm winning the auction for a Canon Rebel XTi. I decided it was time to go digital since it's cheaper & less time consuming. Who knows maybe I'll actually post the pics I take at ACen this year. Course I've got 23hrs between me & the camera.

Well speaking for myself here: Work (really hating this new job), School (the papers/tests are starting to rain down now), Planning events (several of them on several levels), and yes...working out Acen too

And some where in there i eat, sleep, and make time to chill out a bit more then i really should

Sorry all! Life has been hell lately, I've hardly been keeping up with boards and such, but I'm still alive!!

And now I must force myself to get some sleep because I have to work in seven hours *grumble grumble*

I second this statement, Life has been hell lately! Acen is something i am soooooo looking forward too. That and spring break

I third that. Work has been putting me alone on carts for the first 5 1/2 hours of my shift recently. I'm looking forward to ACen & to taking welding classes in July.
