I got a last minute invite to a friend's house, and it was me, her, her sister, and her sister's friend. Well her sister and her friend conked out at the beginning of viewing "Advent Children", around 5 am or so. My friend and I stuck it out til well after 7 am

You would think we would have passed out early with the workout we all got playing the party games included on Sonic & The Secret Rings for the Wii!! Some of those have you waving that Wiimote around like mad, our arms were getting very sore!

; ; Still looking for a job, kinda sucks a lot really. <.< I got a really good looking interview on Tuesday so wishs/prays/crossed fingers/ etc. for me that it goes well >.<
If that does not go well i may be looking at UPS, which from what i hear they do like 25k a year worth of school reimberssment (sp?) so that would help a lot too.

Whooh! I'm moved in everyone! Finally.

So I have my puter hooked up (I had to register it and it took me a while to figure it out but I did it!), my furniture is all moved into place and I have my media (TV, DVD, Gamecube, Xbox 360) all hooked up as well as my mini fridge and microwave x.x

I still have much to unpack though, so I should be on my way!

good luck to all who are looking for a job. I have a job already, but it's not a high-paying job. from now until ACen, i'm forbiding myself from going shopping for anything except for costume materials. at least i have some experience with some of the stuff.

Cosplays! Yes...I've added to my list.

I was drooling over an expensive brown pinstripe suit at the mall today just cuz it could almost look close to the 10th Doctor Who's suit. I'm such a cosplayer.

But yes I really have to get rolling especially since I'd like to have my cosplays done by March so I can spend April concentrating on Script Frenzy. Which I'm starting to plot out and it's gonna be set at least partially at Acen and starring a few members of the GT

w00t! I finally bought a laptop Now I just need to get used to wifi. I tried over at Barnes & Noble, but couldn't get anywhere because it required a AT&T login. Hopefully I'll have better luck over at McDonald's.

Sometimes Panera has WiFi too, though I don't know for sure in your area.

I had my interview and i had a few issues with my application but that was the worst of it. I cleared there first phase but i still have not heard back from them ; ;
I'm going to call them today and see about the status of my application and if that leads no where i am going to look in to UPS today. I hear they have some sick money for schooling
So one pays the pocket book now and the other will help a ton to get through schooling

I'm getting ready to head out the door to visit with my friend a bit on her break from work but I wanted to stop in and say hi and all!

I really need to start on my Acen cosplays but all last night I just found myself working away on my Doctor Who scarf...I believe I'm nearly at 9 feet and growing! I might have it ready to wear to a meetup...which means I gotta find me a trenchcoat and boots to pull together a Baker-era Doctor cosplay I've already got the hat!

Hey guys, busy on this front!

But I would like one of the Jedi's to make an announcement in the appropriate forum saying that we need donations! We need video footage (or a photo) of a glomp! It must be original, no stolen footage from anywhere on the site, to make sure, I'd like someone saying or holding a sign with a forum name on it (or of someone they know on the forum). Make sure if it's in a photo to be somewhat out of the way so I can crop it out.

I do not know the format needed via video, but I do have a mac and I can only work with files that are compatible with a mac. Whoever posts it, post in this thread that you'll be making the thread, that way we won't have multiple threads of the same topic posted by other people (the same topic in appropriate seperate threads by the same person is okay).

I can't do this because I am so very busy >.< I think it will die down. If anyone has questions, have them message me (for the person that posts the thread will be responsible for it). I really need your guy's help on this.

Other members of the team, seek out the threads and support them, heck, even send your own glomping videos or pictures. I do not know right now how to get the videos to me ... if you can think of a way, post it. But as of right now I can't think of one due to a headache >.<

I havn't been getting ideas for the panel, PLEASE send them everyone. Ask those that go to acen what they would like to see in the panel, anything. Please pull resources.

As for ideas, I would also like ideas for what to title the panel, those, I ask, be sent to me through PM on the forums. All other ideas please send an email to the address posted on the glomp team website.

I've got a bit to work on right now but later on when I finish what I have to do today, I can start posting for ya Amunet!

Also, I'm not sure what formats Macs can use but once I get the latest hiccup fixed on my laptop, I can see what kind of video software there is for Linux and we could always use my laptop. I know I saw a video out port on the back. I just gotta get it to behave booting up and trash Gnome. *growl* But I'm sure with Linux, if it doesn't work on a Mac it should work on Linux.

I need it formatted for my computer because I have the software to make a movie. iMovie for the win >.> I took a class in high school about video formatting or something ... we made mini videos and had to edit them on a mac (only classroom in the school with macs btw lol).

But yes, we would be needing to use someone's laptop to show this movie at the panel.

It turned out that i was not meant to get that job it seems. I'm not letting that get me down though (i can say that now lol), i think i found another job that would be grand <.< i just need them to set up an interview and then give it to me
I'll just hound them untill then tell me to GTFO or that they are giveing me a job. If i get it i'll go in to details about it then

Okay, so I need help from peoples. I'll be up for acen but I'm leaving the 21st (I know sad:( ) I reserved our room from the 15th-19th ... so that means me and my boyfriend will be staying in another hotel for 2 nights. I got him to agree to stay in Schaumburg(sp?) ... or near it ... because I want to take him to that Medivel Times thing ... as a surprise. This is where I need help: I need someone that would be willing to drive us to our hotel from the hyatt on the 19th, someone to drop us off in shaumburg on the 20th (and pick us up later in the evening ... ya know, spend the whole day there sort of thing), and someone to take us to the airport on the 21st (times pending).

It's going to cost me a lot for that surprise for him and for ACen, so a ride from someone I trust would help with costs for this trip and I'd get to spend more time with a friend So if anyone could help me, please post or message me ... and make sure you LIVE near Schaumburg cause I don't want ya guys to be driving long ways.

ATTENTION ALL GLOMP TEAM MEMBERS

If you want a glomping panel, you need to help me out here. I need ideas, I need threads being posted (Jedi) ... but never mind about that cause it's taking too long, I'll do it, that way I can edit it when needed.

I need people to submit ideas for the panel name and ideas on what to have in the panel, how long you would LIKE to have the panel run.

Also, I would like some volunteers that WILL be available for a friday panel. I want to make the panel on friday. I need about 2 or 3 people up on stage with me and ONE of the volunteers needs to have a laptop that is capable of hooking up to a projector and running .avi files (movie).

If I don't get enough help by the end of this month, we won't be having a panel. I am very busy and I need help with this people.

For everything I listed above EMAIL or PM me, DO NOT submit anything here in the topic. I will have a more specific list of what I need on the glomp team website, I expect everyone to take a look and help out. We're doing something real here people, wake up.

Sorry I've been a bit AWOL the last couple days...Sunday night kinda degenerated because of family issues, I meant to get back on and post away but I ended up spending the night in bed (long story won't bore y'all)

I'm heading into the busiest most horrendous week of the year right now (inventory....) but I will do my best to help Amunet, gonna PM ya in a minute

But I do have three post-inventory things to look forward to. The day after is a special invitation only preview night for the brand new library building in my 'hood and I apparently am a VIP cuz I got an invite!!!! Pretty red carpet drawn on the cover and all, I'm so excited! Then that Saturday is the next meetup, at my FAVORITE museum on the planet! And the day after that is the official grand opening of the library!!!!! Weeeeeeeee!

Anyway, off to PM Madame Captain and then get some sleep...cuz tomorrow gonna be long day....

Early Friday should be good for me off hand barring the Bleach photoshoot, as thats about hte only main shoot I will be attending as a member of the shoot...the rest will be to go photo crazy...
