Cool. I have been looking up different japanese foods. One show i watch Shakugan no Shana, the main character loves Melon Bread, so i looked it up and it looks just like it does in the show. I saw one of the places at that Mitsuwa sells them. What does it taste like? Does it have filling? I cant wait to try one

lol yes thank you. i have never had any kind of japanese food before. I have seen many foods in different anime series but for a while i thought it was just something in that show, but then i started hearing about sushi and such and wanted to always try it, then started hearing about other foods like dim sum, ramen, sashimi. I used to watch Iron Chef, thats how i heard it was actually real, well most of it . I cant wait, it will be a big help, cause i will be so lost in there. Samantha is eager for the ramen, me too. I wanna try this dim sum i saw on the Mitsuwa website too.

Mitsuwa rocks! And it is WAY too easy to get to from work I like Pocky, and I got hooked on Ramune, and I've been sucking down rice crackers like there's no tomorrow. Plus I found these strawberry filled rice cakes that are amazing....yeah that place is dangerous.

I do like teppanyaki cooking, that's when they cook the food on a grill right in front of you, like Benihana (not that I've ever been to Benihana but I've been to Ron of Japan which is similar but not as flamboyant). The food I've had at Ron of Japan is amazing. There's this beef thing, I think it was sashimi, it was thinly sliced beef and it was YUMMY. And lobster tail, with their amazing butter sauce.....

dang I'm making myself hungry!!!!


Ah well I'll just go back to watching Inuyasha and being utterly clueless about what's going on because I'm coming in who knows how far into the series
