This is just a post concerning Roommates. Is there a Roommate Agreement form that we can print out and have each of our guests sign. Stating that any extra fee's example: Room Service or Hotel Damages would be on their dime?

Something simple, not too complex. I trust the majority of people, but just to be on the safe side.

I have one that I have personalized per convention.

Phew! So my guest's shouldn't have a problem with these then? I don't want to make them hate me by having them sign them. I trust almost everyone I meet right off the bat, but I know there's always people out there that will take advantage of someone like that.
=3
I live in Iowa too! ^_^
