Hi everyone,

I'm currently doing a health and fitness panel saturday morning (well so far but if it is changed....)

I wanted to get any ideas or suggestion for this panel because I want it to be for you guys! So far Im looking at budgeting aspects, basic diet tips for beginners since this is a pretty broad subject with people having different goals, ect.

Please get into lifting and the fact that women should do it, too. It makes me really sad how many women are afraid to pick up a set of weights for fear for turning out looking "like a man".

You mentioned good ones already rosered. I feel that a fair number of con-goers choose cheaper food options since they are already paying for hotel rooms, dealer hall merch, etc. Discussing cheaper food options that are better alternatives than cases of Mountain Dew and cup noodles (or whatever else people eat at cons) would at least get people thinking about less terrible choices!
Dogs and cats living together... mass hysteria!

Lifting is basically my favorite thing haha like it's the reward I dangle over myself to get me to run.

Healthier options for cheap food is also good, I have trouble with that myself.
