Hey guys,
So my 25th birthday is next week and I'm in need of ideas for it. I'm trying to not let it pass without doing something unique or fun. In the past, I've done basic things like: Go to a restaurant, movie, new games, hang out with friends, conventions, etc. I'm open to any and all ideas, places, etc ^^

Not on my birthday, but I considered a concert as a choice.

I try to go a show on every birthday.

See if you can catch one in a city venue, regardless of who's/what's playing. It's always a fun experience "discovering" new bands live.
(Bottom Lounge, Beat Kitchen, Double Door, Subterranean, Metro, ect... Check their websites for a show playing on specific dates)

Try to find a free show even though local shows are usually cheap. I know cover may dissuade some friends from coming out.

Yeah, you do have a good point. Out of the names listed, I've been to the Bottom Lounge and saw Lindsey Stirling live. If you haven't heard of her, I highly recommend giving her a listen. She's an awesome violinist with great stage presence and dancing.

Thanks for the suggestion, I'll definitely check for concert dates :)
