Hey Everyone,

The Registration team is officially on At-Con Mode! The Registration Department email will not be monitored by staff during the convention. However, we will be available to answer any questions or concerns you may have during our open hours during our at convention hours of operation posted at the following link:
http://www.ACen.org/...istration-info.

Below are answers to some of the most common questions:

*What time is registration open?
Our at convention hours of operation are posted on the following link http://www.ACen.org/...gistration-info

*What does Will Call mean?
If you did not purchase mailing for your badge during our preregistration, you need to pick up your badge from the Will Call section of the Registration Hall in the convention center.

*What do I need to pick up my badge?
A photo ID is required for all attendees age 16 or older. To speed up your pick up time, you can bring your order receipt/confirmation, however it is not required.

*I purchased mailing but I did not receive my badge?
First, check your order to make sure you have purchased mailing. Check either your confirmation email or your order in your registration account and make sure you paid the additional $2 to have your badge mailed. If it shows that your badge is to be “Picked up at Convention” or “Will Call,” you need to pick up your badge from Will Call. If your order shows you paid $2 for the mailing, please go to the Service Desk in the Registration Hall when you arrive at the convention in order to address the situation.

*How much are badges?

*I lost my badge, what do I do?
If you lost your badge, a one-time replacement can be purchased for $20 at the Service Desk of the Registration hall. Any additional replacements will be at full price.

*How can I speed up my registration?
Have an account in our registration system (You can create one at the following link: https://www.ACen.org/user/register)

Registering is even quicker when you come prepared with your pre-filled out registration form to the convention! Just download, fill out the form, print it, and bring it with you to the convention center. Use the following link to download the form: http://www.ACen.org/...0FILLABLE-1.pdf
