*An email will be sent out this weekend with reminders, important info, tips, etc.

Here is some important information

*Panels office moved from Gatwick (in 2012) to Mirabel room this year, still in the Hyatt basement.
*Badges can be picked up on Thursday until 3am, and throughout the weekend.
*Badges are only picked up in the Panels Office if they're already paid for or 100% discount (hosting 2 panels or more).
*If you still need to pay for your badge it's paid for in the Registration hall in hall D of the convention center. We do not handle money in the Panels Office.
*When checking in in the Panels Office you should double check the time of your panel. As of right now nothing has moved since we sent it to print in the program book, but things can change.
*If you have any questions you can talk to us in the Mirabel room of the Hyatt, the Panels Office, we're there to help :)/>/>

Just out of curiosity, last year I didn't need to bring any additional wires regarding hook up for a computer, this year will ACen be providing the set up once more, or should I bring my wires, just incase?

We tell panelists to bring their own cables because we don't guarantee that we have them. We have ordered cables for the rooms with the tech and have adapters in our own inventory but still recommend that you bring your cables. It would suck if we didn't have enough cables and you weren't able to show your powerpoint.

Is it possible to send this information in an email? I've been busy & unable to check forums lately so I only just heard about this through a friend.

For the rooom that has a TV in it (for example I'm in the Charles DeGaulle) and if there are ACen's wires already in the TV and we need to replace them with our own (like some weird adapter) we can do that, correct? As long as we put the wires back? I have an older computer that has a different I/O for connecting to the TV (got my wires, so no worries) but I just want to make sure I can move ACen's wires if they are plugged in there already to use my own.

Thank you so much for compiling all this! If we need to pay for our badges, will we get them at the Convention Center or do we just pay there and come to PanelOps for the badge?

Do the projectors have hdmi ports or do they require a different type of cable? The comics guests would like to know.

Typically all the projectors have VGA inputs and may have HDMI input. I always recommend planning for VGA Input as 100% for sure all rooms will have this type of projector.
