Do I pick up my badge at the con

I bought a badge last year at the convention, and then became a panelist for an approved panel many months afterwards.

Although I paid for my badge to be mailed to me, since I am a panelist does that mean I have to pick up my badge at the convention instead?

Either way is cool I'm just curious

Somebody correct me if I'm wrong; but I believe you would have to pick it up from the Convention.

Nope you're not wrong Junk. You do pick it up at the convention, but I'm getting conflicting info on which room. The email I got told me Maribel room in the Hyatt, but the panel policy says Gatewick. I'm not sure which room we have to go to or what day and time.

Yes, your status as panelist overrides everything but Artist, Press, and Exhibitor status. Which means even though you bought it before being a panelist you're now considered one, which means it's at con pickup only. It is the Mirabel room this year. I'll get the policy updated, it looks like we missed a spot when we moved the office. Normally we like to keep offices in the same place every year but Gatwick is a slightly larger room than Mirabel so we made Gatwick a panel room to allow for more seating :)

We will be posting our Badge Pickup times as well as our Office Hours once we get a bit closer to the convention. They will be posted on the Panelist Page on ACen.org, forums and our mailing list.
