EMRT Convention Attendee Service Announcement
Who we are: Our department is in charge of the Medical Health and Safety of patrons and workers of Anime Central. We are staffed by experienced First Aid staff, EMT’s and Paramedics that are available to handle any medical emergency that may occur.
Location and Hours: We are located in the Hyatt’s Dulles Room and are available from Thursday Night to Sunday Afternoon 24 hours a day. We also have staff that operate in the Convention Center during the operating ours of Registration and Exhibit Hall.
Coming to ACen is an exciting experience for both attendees and staff alike. But it is very important that you don’t forget the essential items you need for your daily life. Things like; clothes and comfortable shoes, essential medicines like aspirin, insulin (diabetic), ace wraps or any other medications that you normally use in your daily life.
It is important to note that EMRT cannot and will not carry or supply anyone’s medication.
We also ask that if have medication or special needs to please check in with our Special Needs department while at con. If you have medications please keep track of it and DO NOT share it with other people. This can make people sicker and more importantly it is ILLEGAL.
