I've got the game on the 3DS, are there anymore people who have it on the 3DS so we can get some hunts going? I'm hoping there are more people playing the game at ACen.

Four people? Perfect! Should we start planning a time and place to all hang together and hunt monsters?

Isn't this it? http://www.ACen.org/...mming-schedule/

By the way, do you use only one weapon type? I use a couple of different ones.

I wonder if Alkaren noticed this yet? Do you have the game on 3DS, Alkaren?

By the way, I'm HR 38 as of right now, so I'll be using some fun joke weapons if no one minds while we do port low rank. Beating down monsters with kitchen utensils/giant corn/giant tuna/giant lobster/etc FTW.

I have this game as well, I personally prefer the Dual Blades, Sword & Shield, and recently the Longsword, though I'm not as far into the game.

I'd be happy to help people raise their hunter ranks, when should we start planning on when to meet up?

Hi all. I'd thrown up a couple threads elsewhere trying to round up some interest, but wasn't having much luck, though someone in one of those threads was kind enough to link me here. Looks like you're all well closer to actually getting something set up :] I figured I'd chime in and say I'm up for meeting at some point as well. I'm only just into High Rank content (HR3), so quite a bit lower than some here, but I'd love to hit up some multiplayer if possible. I tend to main GL, with a splash of LS. I have a friend who's just now trying the series for the first time who may also tag along, but not sure on that (he'd likely only be HR1).

Fri/Sat would work best for me to meet up. Any thoughts on when/where to meet? I know one year there was a MH group that I saw meeting in the lower level of the Hyatt (down by where the video/tabletop gaming rooms used to be). It's usually less hectic down there, with a lot of people relaxing. I'd say either there, or in the dome roof area that's off to the side of the main Hyatt elevators. Both spots have sitting space and/or tables that'd work well.

The Dome area is quite scenic but the lower level of the Hyatt is what I'd prefer so I vote the lower level of the Hyatt. Late night Friday and early morning Saturday are not available for me, any other time is good for me, also Thursday.

I'll be hanging around the lower area of the Hyatt on Thursday if anyone's around for some hunting.

Hopefully we can set up a proper meeting time before Wednesday.

I use Dual Swords, Gunlances, Great Swords, Hammers, Lances, I'm trying to develop my Sword and Shield selection and I'm somewhat considering getting a nice Hunting Horn for the meetup.

Lower level Hyatt works for me. How about Friday or Saturday in the afternoon? I'll take a look at my con schedule tonight to see what all I was hoping to check out those days, but I should be pretty open during the day.

I'll be staying at the Hyatt Thursday night as well, but have a feeling I won't be available for MH then.

Well, let's get a roll call of who's still looking into this thread.

Please say which days and times you're clear to meet up at the Hyatt for some hunts.

I'm cleared for all days, and I did list my weapon preferences earlier in an earlier post, and I'll try to meetup at the Hyatt.

Alright, took a look and I'd say I'm good Friday afternoon through 5 or 6ish, and Saturday morning or afternoon through probably around that same time.

So is it executive decision time? How about Friday afternoon and we can go from there? 1? 2? If we're interested in meeting again at another point we could coordinate that then as well.

I'll likely wear my Rathalos shirt (link), will make it a bit easier to find :]

All right, final decision, give me that shirt. :P

Anyway...

The Monster Hunter group will be gathering at the lower level of the Hyatt, if possible, we will hang around inside one of the rooms so that if anyone's low on batteries we can use one of the wall sockets in there if necessary.

I will post again for any additional details when needed.

I got it on one of those daily t-shirt sites, but they still sell them here :)

Any preference on what time to meet at?
