I will pay in cash and as far as delivery goes, if you come to the meetup I would like it dellvered there because who wants to pay shipping prices, really?
I will also pay upon the delivery of the helmet.

Commissioning anything will certainly not be cheaper than ebay/China/Halloween Store/retail prices... It is a commission after all. Most commissioners will use a helmet as a base, and probably take it apart, if not build the entire thing from scratch. In which case, materials costs, labor and shipping have to be accounted for. Props and accessories, such as this, are usually sculpted and a mold is made. Then, it is cast in resin or whatever, fiberglassed and or covered in bondo and sanded and painted and sealed, etc. It is A LOT of work and A LOT of time (and money). Commissions will never be the same prices or less than online/etc prices.
