Awesome lineup, but no M-Project this year? Really excited for Akira Complex and DJ Noriken though.

Hello everyone!

Attack the Music here with a little update and some information regarding this year's Hardcore Synergy.

First off we have one unfortunate announcement to make regarding the line-up. Akira Complex is unable to perform this year. In his stead we have DJ MesoPhunk and DJ SymBiotiX lined up as the opening act for this year's show.

Regarding the Japanese DJs performing this year, here's the line-up, we'll be releasing the actual show time-table as we get closer to the event.

DJs
DJ Genki - DJ Genki's Soundcloud
DJ Noriken - DJ Noriken's Soundcloud
USAO - USAO's Soundcloud [Semi-NSFW]
Noizenecio - Noizenecio's Soundcloud
REDALiCE - REDALiCE's Soundcloud
Masayoshi Minoshima - Masayoshi Minoshima's Soundcloud

Also at the convention we'll be selling our first compilation album 'Frequency Blitz.' You can hear samples of the album at our Soundcloud and if you're interested in pre-ordering a copy you can make a donation at our Indiegogo page. Doing so will get you a discount on the album.

We'll be checking in on this thread regularly, so if you have any questions we'll make sure we get back to you. We're looking forward to seeing everyone at the show!

Here's some info about the DJs who will be performing at Hardcore Synergy this year!

REDALiCE

If you've heard of the term 'doujin music circle' odds are that people are talking about REDALiCE, the head of ALiCE'S EMOTION. Releasing music since 2008, REDALiCE has been a big part of the Touhou and Hardcore music scene, with major releases at every M3 and Comiket event. Recently featured in the Konami music game Beatmania IIDX, his tracks, Little Star, Vega, and Express Emotion have been wildly popular among fans.

Masayoshi Minoshima

Another major label in the world of Touhou doujin music is Alstroemeria Records. Label owner Masayoshi Minoshima is responsible for the most well known Touhou remix to date, Bad Apple. His musical talents have seen him explore in to genres like Trance, Electro, and Dubstep, giving him plenty of variety to entertain the crowds with. Please show him a great welcome as he attends his first American convention.

Noizenecio - Solid Box Records

Noizenecio has only been releasing music since 2010, but in that short time his label Solidbox Records has released over ten of the hardest hitting hardcore albums to come from Japan. The Solidcore series of albums are now up to their fifth iteration, and shows no signs of letting up any time soon. Noizenecio has been featured on a number of compilations as well, with tracks on albums by Hardcore Tano*C, Notebook Records, and Psycho Filth Records.

DJ Noriken - Sketch Up Recordings

Noriken is one of the rising stars in the J-Core music scene. Head of Sketch-Up Recordings, Noriken is a versatile artist that has touched upon a number of genres, from Trance to Tech-Dance, Hardcore to Breaks, all of these musical styles are on display on his first full length album 'Impulse of the Moment', released in 2011. An avid Beatmania IIDX player, he landed a song in the latest version, Tricoro, called Neon Lights which has a full version of the song on the game's soundtrack.

DJ Genki

DJ Genki has taken the underground music scene by storm over the past two years, releasing tracks for Sketch-Up Recordings, Hardcore Tano*C, and Massive Circlez labels. Somewhere in there he also found time to release his own album, First Date and create the song Shining World for Konami's Beatmania IIDX: Tricoro music game.

USAO

One of many first timers at Hardcore Synergy, USAO is one half of Shot Bass Idiots, a Frenchcore duo responsible for a number of releases on UOM Records. He also goes by the alias Shandy Kubota, and has released the dubstep album, ShandyBass at the most recent Winter Comiket event. The evolution in his sound has allowed USAO to produce tracks for Sound Ave., electro planet, and Hardcore Tano*C since he began releasing music almost eight years ago.

MC Stone

MC Stone is back after his explosive performance last year as MC for Hardcore Synergy. Since then he has been lighting up crowds back in Japan with his high level of energy and commanding presence on stage. He recently teamed up with DJ Shimamura for the track Flow in da Sky which has been a major hit in the underground music scene, and was released on the album 'Max' during the most recent M3 event in Japan.
