I am presently looking for a room from Thur to Sunday.(or just Thur if you are looking for roomie just for the day before ACen) Some quick facts about me that you might want to know for evaluation:
1) I am 21 years old male
2) I don't smoke, drink and won't bring party to your room if you prefer more quiet room(which is actually more preferably for me since I am artist alley artist), but I am cool if you invite people over to have party.
3) My present hotel room budget is around 150 dollars for the weekend, but it is negotiable.
4) I don't need bed and am perfectly fine sleeping on the floor.
5) Preferably a room at Hyatt, but any place in walking distance from exhibition hall is fine.(Again, it is for artist alley)

Hey there! I have a room at the Doubletree that fits your standards. It'd be $115 total. Let me know if you're interested!

It's a co-ed room and everyone in it is over 21. There will probably be some drinking but nothing crazy. I'll want payment that Thursday as soon as possible.
