Room at the Doubletree, Thurs-Mon

I need some roomies and here's the FYI info:

-21+, although I am ok with 19/20

-Hotel is Doubletree for Thurs-Mon (Two beds, hotel total is $763.88)

-Max price per person will be $191, Min $153. All depends on how many people end up in the room

-If you want to stay one night, I prefer it be Thursday night or Sunday night

-No smoking or drinking in the room

-No bringing strangers/friends back to the room

-Don't touch anyone's belongings

-You break it, you pay for it

-I'm ok with guys and girls, just no going that far in the room

-Hotel fee is needed via paypal/western union by May 13th, it's to avoid last minute drop outs and no shows

Feel free to pm about any questions you may have. Hotel fee is unknown til the room is 100% full.

I really need a room for Thursday night since my ride is leaving then and I only have plans for Fri-Sun. I was wondering if you still had space available? The only problem is that I'm 18, would this be a big problem?
