I am assuming that the Battletech Pods will be returning for their 5th(?) year but haven't seen any information released yet. Hoping to get a yes/no confirmation and some information about the # of pods, possibility of pre-ordering missions, updated .pdf of available mechs and their loadouts (ones printed are updated, ones online seem old). I'm also looking for any other pilots who might be interested in doing some "special" games, King of the hill, specific weight matches with Heat / Limited ammo / Splash damage active ect.

The manual is a bit old but still pretty accurate for those (like me) who need to brush up on the Weapons MFDs.

That one is up-to-date, just click the area of the image you want to learn more about, Good luck and good hunting!

6 pods will be there. We should have PDFs of the 'Mech sheets we take on the road posted soon.

We may also try to bring a few more cockpits is we can pre-sell enough missions for the second truck and driver.

That's great to hear. Just let me know when/how to pre-pay for the missions and if you could put up a link to the .PDF charts once they are uploaded I would be very grateful.

I'm sorry for not getting back here sooner.

It looks like we will have to do with 6 like the past 3 years.

While I'd like to bring a 2nd truck, the logistics support and manpower simply isn't available for me to pull it off.

In the next week or so I do hope to put together an earlybird special for those who are willing to pre-buy missions via PayPal. the trick is making it worthwhile for you!

One idea is to offer a special 'Mech or 'Mechs that you can select all weekend that is exclusive to pre-sales pilots only. IE: You can select variants.

Another is that you simply get a better 'price' on a bulk order of missions. Easy to do.

Lastly, we could offer some kind of special gift or on-site perk like early pod access during test-and tune. Maybe both?

Either way, I havnt forgotten about you!

Nick

No worries, sorry I couldn't find a way to contact you regarding the spam-bots before the forum decided to die (no report post).

As for making it "worth while" getting to hang out Thursday afternoon/evening while you set everything up is a nice perk as would the $100 for 28 missions offer. The special "mech" would be by far the best if Firestorm had all the MekTek/MekPak mechs and MW4: Mercs weapons (at least the PDF I found on mechjock, one for varients and 1 for weapons shows far fewer choices). I have way too much fun with my Blackhack, LA: Med Laser x2, CT: Med Laser x2, RA: Heavy Large Laser build, or the default Pitbull heavy chassis. Some of the current light mech loadouts just seems off (The Puma/Death Adder is a missile boat?) A Couger with CStreak 6 x2 and 2 Med Laser might fit. Or you could screw around and give us an IS Urban with a single C Ultra AC20. (see: http://www.youtube.c...pyCsu0QRO0&hd=1)

Long story short the variants might be less appealing given the players couldn't customize their mech + variant and more work in general. Also is the crew from the Fallout Shelter Arcade coming down again? Cyd's laptop "sign in" setup was really nice along with the up coming "Drop #" monitor.

Lastly I know you don't have any more of the "mission pins" or have time for any of the "master trials" but do we get any bonus points if we bring some papercraft models, or bring this blast from the past?

They all seem accurate/up to date and work like a charm. Thanks for the upload!
