Gah! im tired of Square not letting us have Versus! Yes this is rant...please feel free to rant about other things or have conversations that are meaningless but i have to get this off my chest. I want Final Fantasy Versus XIII, we have gameplay, we have trailers, we have Japanese dub BUT we have no game, date or anything! I want this game SOOOOOOO bad! like since i was in 6 or 7th grade(s)! Also KH3, could they please stop adding all the sequels and prequels. I mean BBS was an awesome game! So was Days...I liked that we go to play someone other than Sora and go to see the organization 13 but I still think most of the additions to the game are retarded! Like this new one....X chi or something like that....WHAT THE CRAP!? Where is my Noctis? Also...Lightning Returns....that games needs to die. I love Lightning...but that series didnt need a 3rd game. The first one ended just fine!

Gah sorry for this rant....but something needs to come out or my facebook page with friends will start to dislike me...hah ^^; tell me what you think though. Or start something new to get off your chest. Or make it fun, like leaving cookies all over the floor.

Haven't bought a Square game in a LONG TIME. Re-release FF7 in HD for PS4 and you got my money!

I would absolutely love Square if they abandoned making FF sequels. It drives me crazy knowing that there are three FF13 games. They could have already put out two whole new games. New stories, new characters, new universes! Mega rage face is the PS4 FF isn't new...

That remake I want aside, I agree. I think once Square started making sequels to Final Fantasy games, they started showing a little decrease in creativity.

Why change when people will still shell out money for anything with as FF on the label? Especially for FFVII material. If it arn't broke don't fix it.

Well on Final fantasy 13, if you paid attention to the story...it kinda needed a new one. Mostly because the falcie that was on their side. (etro) they also had to make Hope and Snow less of the dynamic doofuses. The whiny and lame. Lol

Also with kh 3. It is heavily hinted in kh 3d that 3 is next. I much rather them take their time than rush.)

Another option is to look outside the mainstream. Lots of good RPGs out there to play. To bide time until versus does release. (i do want versus myself btw)also on the new tomb raider? Never cared bout the games beforehand. Still don't care. Lol ill stick to uncharted. Or to rpgs, since those games arent my cup of tea. Tho I know the Tomb Raider Series is a decent one.

I remember reading something from Kotaku about Square-Enix having fallen off the wayside. The glory days of Squaresoft to the early days of the merger are gone. Final Fantasy is a dying franchise, and the company has nothing else left to go on. Face it, this company is dead as far as innovation and creativity. After playing FF12 (which was OK enough for me to play from start-to-finish), I'm not inclined to play more FF's until they make one comparable to 6, 7, and 10.
