Yeah, Hiro & NinjaJedi have already spoken with management numerous times concerning this event.

This is indeed true. We first contacted them in February and I gave a status of our meet & greet just last week. We've done our part so Kings better be ready!

Did you guys book/register the event with management via website forms/telephone?

We originally wanted to book the private area but the price they were giving us was WAY too high for something that we were just going to shell out of our own pockets and we didn't want to have to try collect cover from people. So we ended up going the route of let's all just go there and have a good time.

We have been in contact with the venue for some time now on a regular basis just letting them know about the event and con as well as to what kind of numbers we are getting so far based on the Facebook event RSVP confirmations and maybes. So we are doing our best to "prep" the bar for the impending invasion. >_<

Worst case scenario? Another huge group gathers for a separate event and a turf war breaks out.

The only thing left for me to do is pick up one more thing of hot sauce. Two weeks and one day until I make my trek to chi town.

I was on a trip with some friends and I was preparing to leave in the morning when a female friend walked into my hotel room shortly after I spritzed on some cologne. She had this mildly disgusted look on her face when she asked, "Did you just spray Axe in here?" I responded, "You know I'm not the kind of guy to hose myself down with Axe; it's cologne. I just sprayed it so it probably smells kinda strong right now." She then let out a sigh of relief, "Oh, good. I hate when guys do that."

In retrospect I should have probably questioned either her sense of smell or the quality of my cologne...

The only hot sauce that I really know(if I'm not mistaken in context...) is the rooster sauce.

Axe spray should get the ax! No one should wear any version of it. Upgrade to a real fragrance if you do.
