I thought we would go with the same format as we have in the past. It will be in its typical location on the first floor of the Hyatt - Thursday, May 16th @ 8pm 7:30. (Changed do to the 21+ Meetup starting at 9pm) We will meet in the back area that almost always has chairs and tables set up around it. It's right under the big glass staircase, so it shouldn't be too difficult to find. If that still doesn't help enough, its near the stairs that also take you downstairs to the basement level. Also those who need help can message me for my number and I'll be happy to show you the way that night.

So what is the forum meet and greet?

Its an event run every year that gives everyone on the forums an opportunity to meet one another, hang out, and talk for a bit. This is an all ages event that everyone, even first year attendees to the con, can feel welcome at.

There is typically an after-meetup portion at I-Hop, but seeing as how I never participate in this, I'm looking for someone to take this under their wing if they want to do it. Volunteers anyone?

Any other questions or ideas, feel free to voice them. I'm in no way in charge of this, just trying to get the ball rolling so this tradition can continue! Hope to see you all there!!

Yeah, MB Financial Park offers so much more possibility (and closeness) than Shoeless but I thank SJ's for their support and dealing with us as a group the last two years. I'd raise a glass to them anytime.

So, due to the late night forum meet and greet starting at 9:00, Isamu and I decided to move the time to 7:30. That way we can have enough time for us to finish without rushing. Hope this helps people!

Also, still nobody has stepped up to do the IHop portion- I'll just state it again that I will not be doing that. If someone wants to do it, you need to say so so I can update the information.

I would say in regards to the IHop portion. Don't bother on that. After the meet and greet, it'll be about 9pm. A lot of people will be heading to the over 21 meet and greet or room parties or they may just not be able to stay out that late. I know over the last few Acens, people just kinda do what they want after the meet and greet. So I say just plan the meet and greet and if people want to go to Ihop. Let them
