Hello Everyone,

We wanted to let everyone know that we will be mailing ALL badges out after April 1st this year. Please make sure you check your shipping address and other account information in your registration system account in order to avoid potential issues. The last day to purchase badge mailing is April 1st.

so all badges preordered to be sent to our house wont be shipped till april 1st, all at once

Yep, all badges with mailing will be mailed after April 1st, in one big batch :thumbup:

Why the change up from last years method?

After taking a look at the issues we have had over the past few years with USPS along with mailing badges in tiers, we decided to change badge mailing; with sending all the badges out at one time, it will help us to immediately identify mailing issues and ease the burden on both our attendees and staff alike.

I think this is a good idea. While mailing in tiers may have been a good thing for staff managing returns (smaller batches, rather than larger) I can see how that could get chaotic. Besides, could you get a discount on postage if you mail them all at once (in bulk)?

Anyway It's April 7th, so I suppose they have been mailed out already?

Honestly, I'd love to see the look on the post office workers face when you all bring in those packages. Posted Image

Still waiting on mine, which is weird. I only live five hours away from Chicago.
