Actually I live near ST. Joesph, MO. I need a ride to the convention. We can arrive any day, doesn't matter. I'm 18 years old and my father will be coming along, he is 56. I only need a ride there, and to Rockford. Will split gas for ride there, and pay for food, etc.

Wish I could help you out. :( But even from Rockford, my bestie and I are taking a Vangalder bus to Rosemont and vice versa. :/

Check out Megabus - I'm pretty certain they service KC and they are super cheap. I'd use it myself from Texas but I can't afford the extra time off work.
