In particular rules 2 and 3 of this list:

Though our outlet has not been able to attend ACen in an official capacity in the past two years, in the years prior that we've worked ACen, I've mailed these two forms to the ACen press department, but they seemed to be misplaced or never received. Have you thought about an electronic method of submission so this does not occur? Most other larger conventions like yours have done what they can to move towards something a little less snail mail and paperwork intensive. I'm just noting it would probably make both the press department and the press outlet's life a little easier.
