Saturday sounds good! I'm going to be at the K-ON photoshoot that day and the time isn't official yet, but I don't have anything else planned besides that.

Lurker here. I'm planning on going as brigade leader Haruhi with arm-band version. Or season 1 Yuki with cardigan (though I'll need to find a wig that doesn't itch too much). It would be a pleasure to meet you both.

Not that I know the layout well, but how about the mezzanine (2nd floor?) of the Hyatt with all that open space and stuff?

That sounds good! We could meet at one of the seating sections, or maybe the railings around the escalators towards the bar. Depending on the time, I hope I won't be stuck in a Kalafina autograph line, haha.

Oh yeah, there is a meme going around the Japanese internet which seem to have been started by Japanese high school girls called "Makankosappo". I think it would be pretty fun for pictures xD It's apparently a DBZ reference

This is probably off topic, but how does cosplay photography work? I mean are there some ACen photographers around, or is it pretty much just grab a buddy with a camera?

I don't think ACen has official photographers, but there are some cosplay photographers walking around. There's a station where cosplayers can get pics taken and make prints(for a fee probably).

Our group isn't in the cos gatherings schedule, so it won't be formal or anything. We could just hang and see if anyone wants to take pictures I guess xD
