Something new For ACen gonna need advice on this one

ok i looked everywhere and i haven't seen ANYONE cosplay as these guys before so i figured i might make one and it would be a great add to the cosplay genre but i think im gonna need some advice for this cosplay..i have chose to cosplay as *drum roll*

Replica Forces From F.E.A.R.!! iv been playing this game for a long time and decided to cosplay as one of the Intimidating Replica Forces Armacham Corporation has Created! can anyone help me where i can gather most of the armor? i mostly went to airsoft sites for my umbrella Corp Cosplay

What's your budget? There are SWAT/riot police vests that look similar online and at places like Belmont Army if you're in Chicago...

I mean, it's not exact or anything, but could give you a base to build from... only downfall is these vest usually go for $50 or more, so if you're on a smaller budget, that could be more than you want for a single piece...
