Question about a Photo shoot/Photographer.

I am just making sure it is a-okay that I bring in a professional photographer for the gathering/photo shoot for a fandom I am in charge of.
This is my first year organizing one myself and I just so happens to have a friend who is nice enough to do free work for me. I just wanted to make sure that I don't have to use the photographer that is normally there for cosplayers that you guys normally hire.
Planned 2013 Cosplays!
Evrey morning - Twilight Sparkle
Friday afternoon - Scherezade
Saturday afternoon - Gala!Princess Luna (???)
Sunday afternoon - Damara Megido

The photoshoots and gatherings are specifically for people to take pictures, so feel free.
