We had a fun gathering last year, who else is up for more HTT?? Hopefully we can set up a gathering that'll be flexible with anyone else's schedules!

Hey guys ^^! I did Mio one day and Mugi the next along with my friend who was Yui. I've got to rewatch the series but if there's going to be a photoshoot planned out I'll definitely consider resurrecting my costume ^^

If you're talking about ACen 2012, you wouldn't happen to be the Tsumugi from Day 2, would you?

Yes, that's me! I was in the school outfit during the second shoot, not the Mugi from the first photoshoot who brought cookies ^^

And of course I could never forget our adorable Azunyan ^^! I will definitely do what I can to make it! I should really start figuring out my schedule for the weekend @_@ But anyway seeing as Mugi wasn't that popular I'd like to be a blondie again. If I can I'll look into bringing little props or something too!

Okay, so I wasn't actively looking and yet I found the CUTEST props at a store my friend works at. They're little decorated cookie shaped candles! I can't tell you how excited I was when I found them and absolutely knew I had to buy them.

Also, personally, I think if we could do an earlier shoot on Saturday that would work perfectly for me! Maybe 11 am? As for where although I've been to ACen a handful of times I don't know the names of any of the places ^^'

Since my Mugi cosplay will involve a silver platter of treats, keep some room in your tummies! I'll be bringing pocky, various breads (melon bread, etc.), and lots of other Japanese goodies! ^^

Alright, going to be attempting to make some fake sweets to carry around as props. I bought a book on how to make fake parfaits/sundaes and it looks verrrrrry promising!

I'll still be bringing REAL sweets for everyone, though! Any requests? :3

I saw a youtube video recetly on how to make pokeball sugar cookies, they may not be very K-ON but they'd fit right into the spirit of ACen!

I was thinking, wouldn't it be cute to have a K-ON pajama party at some point? The idea just popped into my head and it seems like it'd be a lot of fun. Like we could all meet up Saturday night and get something to eat or something in some adorable pajamas. >w<

They actually have PJ parties at certain conventions. I know Youma used to have theirs Thursday night before the con, but I think they got rid of it when they moved to the new hotel. I myself have 5+ costumes planned for ACen, and a handful of people to meet up/party with during the weekend, so I'm not 100% sure I could commit to meeting up Saturday night for a PJ party. Maybe someone could suggest to the con chair for a designated PJ night for all fandoms next ACen, since it'd be too late to plan it for this one

That looks fantastic! Incredibly cute, what did you make it out of?

I painted the inside of the sundae cup (which turned out kind of okay -- for some reason the white paint got a bunch of air bubbles as it dried, but at least it looks kind of like a frothy-milkshake-substance or something), then cut a styrofoam egg in half as well as thinned out the sides a bit as a base to put the ice cream and goodies on. The ice cream, cookie, chocolate bar, and cherry were made out of an air dry clay, and the strawberry made with Sculpey. (I was playing around with several clays.) The whipped cream was made out of a paper clay mixed with water and then piped through a pastry bag. I topped the cherry with this and used it to cover what could be seen of the styrofoam.

As I get better at this, I'll re-make and replace it (most definitely use enamel paint instead of acrylics to paint the cup, maybe make the ice cream out of paper clay since it's easier to texturize and will look more realistic), but I think for my first try it turned out pretty cute.

How are everyone's cosplay going? ^^
