another suggestion (if it's not already too late T_T ) : I would also really, really love to see exist†trace.... maybe it's possible they could make a stop in Chicago? I'm sure they'd be amazing live...

Andrew WK is a must for next year! Not only is he the king of partying but he is has recorded an entire album of Gundam covers (found here) and is extremely popular in Japan. He has also recorded an amazing album of "Japan" covers (listen here) This is all in addition of course to his seminal debut release "I Get Wet" He is also a motivational speaker and former television host which would make for great panels. He is always telling people of the power of positive partying!!!! Luckily he has also expressed interest in attending an anime convention in the past. Everyone should definately go check out his music. Please I implore ACen to look into obtaining this wonderful man as a musical guest.
