A long, long time ago. A young man was banished from the city of Chicago. Broken, dejected, and shamed, he wandered the land, hoping to once again walk the streets of that great city. Now, nearly a decade later, whispers amongst the populace are filled with a mixture of joy and fear.

"He has returned!"

From deepest, most wretched depths of Missouri, he has emerged, ready to take the city, and claim it for the forces of anime!
