So, i had gotten the earliest time you can get badge, and was wondering is there any more info about the dates they begin to mail them out?

We have not announced when we will start mailing badges. We will announce on our website at ACen.org, our forums at ACen.org/forums, our newsletter, and our various social media when we begin mailing badges. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.

(Mere speculation, take it as such) I imagine more info will come in 2013..as well as the badges. I don't recall getting mailed a badge ever in the calendar year before the con. I would think the 3 months before con is a safe window to expect the badges.

They stated badges will ALL be mailed out on April 1st (instead of multiple mailing dates dependent on which wave of registration you were a part of).

I'm not sure why it "needs" to be today though, standard (slowest) USPS takes no more than 7 days for a east coast to west coast delivery. If they mailed the badges on the 22nd, the latest they would arrive would be April 30th so if you did not receive one there would still be 17 days to contact ACen.

If you go back and re-read the post Melanie had made (which was quoted above by fooby), you will see that she had stated that ALL badges will be mailed out AFTER April 1st.

After taking a look at the issues we have had over the past few years with USPS with mailing badges in tiers, we decided to change badge mailing; with sending all the badges out at one time, it will help us to immediately identify mailing issues and ease the burden on both our attendees and staff alike if we mail out ALL the badges at once.

That being said, the tier deadline for mailing ended just a tad over fifteen hours ago. We will need time to process the couple thousand badges that were purchased within the last 48 hours of the deadline. Please keep in mind that all ACen staff are volunteers who put time in between their real jobs and other life commitments.

We thank you in advance for your patience. We will announce the exact mailing date via the forums and various other social media.

thankyou and im sorry for any rudeness.I just wanted my badge soon because last year at ACen i almost didnt get my badge untill right before ACen (i know some people are saying you still got it so stop ####ing but it was heartache the thought of not begin able to go to ACen) so i thought i woulnd be allowed in ACen.I will be patience and wait thank you very much.
