I'll be there as the (probably only) Third Doctor! The cape won't be in yet, but here's what I looked like at PAX East this year: Third Doctor Goodness I'm also trying to get the fiance to go as either Delgado!Master or the Brigadier; we'll see how that goes.

Hello Everyone!

I will be running both the Doctor Who/Torchwood/Sarah Jane Adventures and the BBC General photoshoots on both days! I have plenty of experience running photoshoots and cannot wait for this year's at ACen! Just reading through the costumes people are doing and I am excited! BBC General can come during the Doctor Who shoots, and we might make work some other characters in.

I am also taking suggestions for possible photos you would love to see staged (if possible) - so drop me a note, or put a suggestion up here on the forums. Any questions? Thoughts?
And if you need to find me, I will also be the ADH of the Special Needs Department. <--(Imagine Eleven doing that.)

Also, as a note, you guys are proceeded by Homestuck on both days. Please don't show up more than 5-10 minutes early. Carole and Mary will be able to help them start winding down and wrapping up, so you guys can get in. They still have their block, while you guys have your's and we'll do our part to help keep it as painless for both parties as possible. Thanks!

Okay my plan is Princess Mononoke one day and Martha Jones the other. Which days/times are the photoshoots/meetups? I want to cosplay Martha on a more optimum day for photos. LOL

For everyone: It's looking like a high chance of rain. The staff suggested heading to the convention center lobby if it's raining. No one wants a wet costume, so let's maybe just pay attention to the weather & meet accordingly.

Thank you for reminding people where the alternate site is.

I know last year there was a partial debate, and I am used to working around the weather doing other photoshoots in Chicago. If it is just misting/barely drizzling for a little, it will be a tough call. It is especially harder with things like if we do have Daleks again or a TARDIS. What do people think about using the hashtag #DWPhotoshoot on Twitter and Tumblr as a means of spreading the word IF the shoot is moved to another location? The official word would come from my Account: TheatreGirl79 on both sites.

That's a great idea for those with Twitter & access to wifi this weekend. For me personally, neither of those apply. Lol I'm imagining it will take a few minutes to get things organized anyway, so in addition to the Twitter updates, maybe just be willing to wait around an extra 5 minutes before starting, for anyone that didn't get the memo & has to run across the con site? Please. =)
