so what's your reaction to such a mainstream western singer voicing the theme for japan's most popular series?
is this a big deal? i know english singers like steve conte have done themes for gits: sac, and franz ferdinand
did the ending theme for paradise kiss, but those were relatively smaller scale singers working on
more obscure series.

I think it's awesome. I don't really listen to Avril Lavigne's music and don't watch One Piece, but I'm surprised she even watches the show. Good for her. :D

Not a big deal to me as long as it isn't butchered. It is kinda neat and maybe (I doubt it) more people becomes aware of the series.

Dont mind it. They most love her to use her for their most popular series. I feel that ultra weebs will be the most butthurt.

it's the second pic this year he's posted wearing a one piece shirt, so i guess he is a fan of the series
