EEEE! So excited to see so many SOA cosplayers. I want to do a fem Kirito cosplay. I'm trying to con my fiance into going as Asuna, but we'll see what she says lol. She's still new to the con scene so I'm slowly trying to brain wash- I mean guide her through it all. Not that my two cents matters much but Friday would be an awesome day for the shoot :3

I'm considering doing Asuna from ALO, but I haven't decided 100% yet. And I think Saturday would be best for a photoshoot, in case some people have problems with being there late on Friday or leaving early on Sunday. Plus, Saturday is when most people do their "main" costume and SAO is so awesome that it should be your main costume

I have a friend bringing Silica too who has been making her own Pina plush with fur and everything! SHES SO ADORABLE YOU GUYS. Her little sister cosplayed Yui at Uchicon (I wanna steal her little sister to use with my Asuna since my other half intends to be Kirito by ACen, he already posted on here, Teebs) I wanna be so many versions of Asuna... I've been thinking about getting Asuna's yellow sweater soon. I wanna do her school uniform from the ending SO BADLY as my next full version of her *coughcough I dont have a school uniform obsession coughcough* ... She's gonna be one of those characters of mine I'm gonna do several versions of like Stocking or C.C. XD

Im actually going to back out of the sao group as lead. Due to money issues, Im doing panels where im bringing cosplays of those characters to save money on a badge =/ I can still lead if possible but if anyone wants to step in. Please reply and I can contact the lady in charage of gatherings.

I'm thinking about doing Asuna's first season outfit but depends on if I get my other group cosplays finished in time! If not I will attempt to make it to the gathering anyway just to see all the awesome cosplay!!

Making sure everyone is there, and that the photoshoot area is free of non-cosplayers. You also somewhat tell everyone which poses to do, which groups to get pics (i.e. all Kirito's, all Asunas, only ALO versions, etc.)...

Only my third year at ACen. And I tend to do cosplays that aren't popular enough for a full group Lol

Does anyone know what time the actual shoot and or shoots are going to be at? (Day, time, location, etc) I don't think the official photoshoot schedule is out but I'm sure someone got an email of a time, day, etc being approved.

That's a good question. I am not really sure if there is anyone who applied to it a time or day. If you did please tell them soon before times are listed and taken out. I think we might need a lead or someone to post and ask for this gathering. I hope it comes to success but someone clarify with the staff just to be sure. I know time slots and areas go by fast.

Well we have a majority planning on Saturday, but haven't heard back about location request yet. So even if we don't hear back, we can probably just do some underground meetup in a new location.

Well since no one replied about submitting a request, I went ahead & submitted one. I mentioned that there may have been a previous request, so hopefully they'll see at least one of them. I asked for Saturday afternoon-ish. That seemed to be the most commonly mentioned time here. I'll let you all know if I hear back.

**I've heard more people requesting Saturday on here. I'm planning 3 cosplays so I'll only be doing my SAO cosplay on Saturday, regardless of our schedule time on Friday. If any of you want to do Friday, go for it. But I'm hoping the bigger one will be on Saturday.
Does anyone else have thoughts on just doing Saturday?

Im having a hard time understanding where exactly the location is.... the map is really hard to understand...where is the east lower outdoor???
